So your order is accepted. You have to wait for a call of our manager. He must prove your order and send inquiry about the goods to the supplier. As soon as from the supplier the answer comes we will contact with you again to co-ordinate repayment and delivery terms.
Attention: the advanced order cannot be paid preliminary through bank or Webmoney or by credit card. You could do this only after the goods get on a warehouse.

If you order on 299 UAH - you will get free delivery in Ukraine.

At the post office (COD)
You can pay for the order at the post-office, immediately upon receiving the order (shipping costs). This form of payment is available only on the territory of Ukraine. Note that the post-office will charge a fee for the transfer of funds. Indication of the commission of mail delivery can be seen in your shopping cart when placing your order. You will be informed that your parcel has come to your post-office. We advise toget your order as quickly as possible, as long-term storage for mail orders may be charged an additional fee.

Before the arrival of a courier, our manager will agree with you the time of delivery order. Without prior agreement your order is not included in the route of delivery. Express delivery takes place each day from 9-00 to 21-00. Delivery time depends on the route that was formed at the time of delivery. If you have any special requests regarding the time of delivery - please provide this information in comments to the order, we will take them into consideration.
The cost of delivery by courier - UAH 25.

Self from the any salon
You can pick up your order, if necessary, pay directly at one of our stores . To do this, select the appropriate store in the field "Method of delivery" in the basket. In this case you do not pay for the delivery of the order (sorry, but payment with trademark Bon is not available now ).

Ukrpochta (in Ukraine and abroad)
Delivery time by Ukrpost - at least 3-4 working days from the date of shipment. By date of shipment is meant the date of actual shipment on the premise.
Freight Ukrpost in Ukraine and outside Ukraine is calculated automatically when ordering.

Autolux
By request of the client our manager can send an order by Autolux. The service is available throughout the territory of Ukraine. The cost of such delivery is paid by client himself immediately upon receiving the order. Cost of the order must be paid by the client beforehand.
