The festival of culture nations SVIRZH is a three day artistic festival which will tke place 10 km far from Kyiv.The Organizer of the festival have chosen a picturesque place district Knyazhe in the village Nove Petrivtsi, Vyshgorod region. The place includes simultaneously as forest and mountain scenery as watery landscape. This place is situated on the bank of Kievan reservoir.
Time of the festival is still unchangeable - last weekends of July, exactly July 30 - August 1, 2010. Name, format, quality selection of the participants of the festival is still unchangeable too. The organizing committee of the Festival has already got 200 applications from Ukrainian and foreign artists. Some artists have become an invention for a big audience thanks to the participants in the Festival.That's why an award "SVIRZH" will be for the supporting of young artists.
The main program will be on 3 territoriesin the open air. There will be presented events of 8 directions: musician programmer of the Main scene (World Music), Rock, Folk, Dancing programmers, street and flare theatres, Night cinema, Ethno disco, Jam sation
Among the innovations - the programmer of street and flare theatres, night cinema, a few section of master-class such as esoteric, marital arts etc. it is planning to show approximately 80 concerts, show, performances and dancing programmers during 3 days; about 200 traditional and modern master classes.
The most important thing of the festival is a new social direction. Since this year the Festival is worked towards supporting The programmer of child mortality negotiation under the charity fund "Children's world". The programmer has a goal to provide 24 resuscitation departments of the regional child health center and republican clinical hospital of the Crimea with medical equipment. Continuance of the programmer: April2007-2012. There have been 10 charity promotions and as a result it has been collected 3,6 mln. uah. It has been already provided 13 regional child health centers and other child medicine institutions with medical equipment.
It is planning to enlarge the child area. It's function as a kindergarden too. Here parents will have a possibility to leave their children during some time or even the whole day where professional teachers will take care about their children.

First day it will be worked one of three areas, "The scene near the sea", all master-classes and kindergarden.During the second and the third day all events will be on two other areas too - Main (World Music) and Rock scenes.

Children's area/kindergarden:
Age category: junior and senior
Quiet area (master clasess) is a tterritory of 10*10 m, where the ground is covered with hay. There are home-made improvise benches and tables, master-classes and entertainments for children of junior age ( about 3-7 years). The tents are situated on the terittory.
Examples of the master-classes: drawing, modeling, making of wax candles, photo frame, bags, hay dolls
Active area is territory for active games. It is for children of senior age. Preparing and flying the kite.
